Timmy "Tiny Timmy Scratch-It" is part of Rhymez's Rap Posse, and a student at Norrisville High.
He is the largest member and possibly also the oldest. He seems to be very good friends with Rhymez.
He is voiced by The Biz Never Sleeps.

Timmy is a big-boned African-American with dark brown hair. He usually wears a pair of black shades, yellow and black headphones, white undershirt, green jacket with black and yellow accents, green pants with yellow accents, and black sneakers.

- Revealed in "Ninjafan", he is a banned person from Charlie Clucker's Chicken Bucket.
