Steven Seagull is Howard's seagull "pet," who appeared only once in "Flume-Igation."
Howard discovered Steven on a mailbox after he and Randy went down the "Shame-scalator", after Randy had broken McFist's McFlume water slide. At the end of the episode, Howard leaves a loaf of white bread for Steven and goes off with Randy.
