The Norrisville High School Board is the committee that decides the educational policies for the school. Although they do seem to care for the students, the board tends to make questionable decisions in regards to student's safety.

The board was mentioned three times in the series before making a proper appearance. The first time was in "Monster Dump" when Randy and his class visited the Norrisville State Park, where Mrs. Driscoll mentioned that only the Museum of Slit was approved by the board for visitation.
The second time was in "Escape from Detention Island", where Principal Slimovitz said that the board approved of sending students to Detention Island, a former top secret military prison that had now been converted into a correction facility for detention students by the Experimental Punishment System.
They were then mentioned by Bucky in the episode "Raiders of the Lost Nomicon", where he temporarily held the NinjaNomicon and stated that it didn't look like it had school board approved ideas.
Their proper appearance was in the episode "The Fresh Principal of Norrisville High", where Principal Slimovitz mentioned that he was going to be reviewed by the board, and later was called to meet them. But after he overreacted to a prank and caused extensive damages, he was later fired by the school board. The board then replaced him with Todd Principal, an experimental computer system, that later became too dangerous, and had endangered students. The system was later destroyed by the Ninja and the board reinstated Slimovitzs to principle, although with less pay.
