The Nameless Boy with a Red Shirt is a student who attends Norrisville High.

Appearance

He has dark brown eyes, a long face with a high forehead, and a long straight nose. His auburn hair is styled in an undercut with "curtain bangs." He wears a long-sleeved, dark-red shirt with a white collar and a white horizontal stripe across the chest, brown pants, and red shoes. He is usually seen slouched with his hands in his pockets.

In Halloween

In winter, while retaining his usual attire, he adds a mustard-yellow scarf with pairs of narrow dark red stripes. 

Trivia

• He first appears sitting next to Doug in the school cafeteria when the Ninja holds a "meet 'n' greet" to introduce himself to the students in "Last Stall on the Left."
• He, along with Scott Thomas and S. Renisewn, is one of the students who hold up a tarp to protect the "Splash Zone" in "Got Stank?"
• He has his first speaking rôle in "Lucius O'Thunderpunch," when he receives some of the O'Thunderpunch merchandise Lucius is distributing: "An embossed key-ring! ... I wish I had keys." (His voice is high and squeaky here, rather like Doug's.)
• He has another speaking rôle after McFist said that he wanted to blast the Ninja to pieces in "McOne Armed and Dangerous," to which the nameless boy replies, "Not cool!" (His voice here is deeper, not unlike Randy's own.)
• His voice sounds similar in "The Fresh Principal of Norrisville High," as he leaps out of the building which has collapsed around him, shouting, "Whoooooooooah!"
• He had a fourth line in "Fake Fight For Your Right to Party," saying, "Hey, what! Check it out!" (in which his voice is higher pitched again, almost feminine) leaving him as the nameless boy with the most lines.
• In "Night of the Living McFizzles" he is probably the boy dressed in a Frankenstein monster costume, since that boy's design is similar, aside from the costume, and he also slouches and holds his hand in his pocket.
• He is not among the students invited to the Bash Splash in "House of 1,000 Boogers," but he is one of the students invited to the band geek party in "Fake Fight For Your Right to Party." He is therefore probably not one of the "cool kids" at Norrisville High.
• Nevertheless, he is seen wearing a mustache and serving spun sugar mustaches to the members of the Norrisville High Mustache Society aboard Hannibal McFist's yacht in "Secret Stache."
• Judging by the position of his photograph on her bulletin board, he appears to be one of Debbie Kang's primary suspects to be the Ninja as of "All the Juice That's Fish to Swim," though by the time of "Debbie Meddle" she has definitely eliminated him.
  • It's possible that Debbie suspected him because she was standing close by and saw that he was the first other person whom Howard pointed out as the Ninja in "30 Seconds to Math."
• He is very often shown clapping his hands; though he is fairly often shown booing as well.
• His final appearance is in Norrisville Park, where he is one of those digging for the Ultimate Prize in "Winner Takes Ball."
• Two students of a very similar design except for changes in hairstyle and coloring, a dark boy with black hair with a forelock, who wears a green shirt with a white diamond pattern and dark-red sleeves; and a boy with a greenish-brown quiff and much thinner eyebrows, who wears a blue-green shirt with a white stripe, dun trousers, and black shoes; are occasionally seen, though not nearly as often. On occasion, the boy with curtain bangs, who normally has auburn hair, a red shirt and brown pants, is miscolored as one of these other characters; e.g., in "Stanks Like Teen Spirit" he is shown with greenish hair, a blue-green shirt, and gray pants, though these are usually given to the boy with thin eyebrows and a quiff. In "Monster Dump," the boy with the greenish-brown quiff is given the red shirt and brown pants. Another boy with a very similar model, but dressed in bright blue and with blond hair, is seen running with the panicked crowd from the stanked Levander Hart in "Unstank My Hart." Yet another version, with dun clothing and a dirty blond shag haircut, is seen in "Enter the Nomicon" sitting near the erroneous blue-green version of the boy with curtain bangs; both reappear in "The McHugger Games."
• In "When Howie Met Randy," no younger version of Red Shirt appears; however, several of the Norrisville High students of ca. 2005 are based on his model, with variations in colors and hairstyles.

Errors

The haircut of the Nameless Boy with a Red Shirt, as depicted incorrectly in “Hip Hopocalypse Now,” contrasted with its more correct forms in “McFists of Fury” and “Silent Punch, Deadly Punch”

• In the opening sequence of “Hip Hopocalypse Now” his drawing is clearly off-model. He is shown sitting in the background of the cafeteria, reading a book, and with his back turned to the camera; his hair, which from that viewpoint normally shows a rounded fringe, often with an acute angle showing how the hair is tapered, now shows the same sort of "gables" or "peaks" as the bangs over his forehead. This same inelegant style is repeated in some shots in “Sorcerer in Love 2: The Sorceress’s Revenge.”
• In “McOne Armed and Dangerous” he is seen simultaneously onstage waiting to have a picture taken with McFist and with the crowd on the ground in front of the stage.
• In "Living in Shooblivion," the coloring of the letters on the "Shoob!" sign he is holding changes from blue to lime green in seconds.
• As mentioned above, in "Monster Dump," the boy with the greenish-brown quiff is given the red shirt and brown pants, although the quiff boy is not among the students Mrs. Driscoll took to Mount Chuck and the boy with curtain bangs was.
• In "Sword Quest" he appears twice at the same time, facing forward and facing backward, in a crowd of students watching the stanked Brent bursting into the lunchroom.
• In "Snow-Klahoma!" he appears in two positions in the line for the gondola lift, at the very front, and on the lower steps near the directory. (Several of the students are repeated in this shot.)
• In "Fake Fight For Your Right to Party" his outfit changes for one moment to a long-sleeved white shirt underneath a red short-sleeved shirt (without his usual white collar and chest stripe).
