He is in the school hallway in the opening song.
When near the first aid tent with a juice box in "Wave Slayers," he hears something and pauses--only to be knocked over by stanked Buttermaker a second later.
He went to Ninja Camp. During the running of the obstacle course, he was grasping a pole close to the mud pit and screaming at the alligators surrounding him.
Similarly to Pradeep, he's afraid of spiders, as shown in "McFear Factor."
He is shown human-hamsterballing in "Randy Cunningham and the Sorcerer's Key."
His first speaking role so far is in "Nukid on the Block," when he puts his hand on an irritated Randy and says "Excellent Hello!"
In "McOne Armed and Dangerous" he claims to have been turned into a monster before, but his monster form hasn't nbvereeen seen on-screen.
