Mt. Chuck is a a man-made volcano located in Norrisville State Park, first appearing in "Monster Dump." It was originally active, until the local administration realized the inadvisability of locating an active volcano next to a community. At its base is the Museum of Silt.
At some point, students from Norrisville High had to be banned from spitting into the volcano's crater. This does not prevent Randy and Howard's attempting to do so. The boys' action resulted in the volcano erupting for the first time in many decades, and the crater is now filled with solidified cheese-and-amoebas-mixed magma.
Much of Randy's fight against Brawn Brickwall happened at this place, where the stanked Brawn abducted Howard and tried to harm him.
The boys also temporarily ran to this place and into its inside because they didn't want to separate from each other due to Randy's parents possibly going to move out with Randy. There, they encountered Evil Julian and ended up being sucked into the Land of Shadows.
