"Monster Dump" is the seventh episode of the first season of Randy Cunningham: 9th Grade Ninja. It premiered on September 25, 2012.

Synopsis[]

Randy and Howard try to spit inside the volcano to prove themselves the best in Norrisville High.

Plot[]

Randy and his classmates are going on a school field trip to Norrisville's volcano, where Mrs. Driscoll makes a five-foot detention rule to prevent students from spitting into the volcano. Randy and Howard are partnered with Bucky and Flute Girl, respectively, as Mrs. Driscoll believes it is a good idea to separate students whom she deems as irresponsible.

Meanwhile, McFist berates Viceroy for creating so many amoebas when he is the one who demanded Viceroy to create them in the first place. So Viceroy calls Gene Levine to dispose of the blobs of amoebas for him.

By manipulating the five-foot rule, Randy and Howard force Bucky and Flute Girl to follow them to the summit; Randy lies to Bucky about Mt. Chuck having undiscovered virgin silt, while Howard simply forces Flute Girl to come along after he gets bored with the explanation film on why Mt. Chuck's lava has been long sealed since the disastrous inaugural party for its creation. The Nomicon, in the gift shops's photo booth, reminds Randy not to endanger the innocent and must always defend the defenseless, but Randy disobeys the 800 year old book anyway.

As Viceroy is minding his own business, he suddenly notices that Gene has missed out one of the amoebas. He ends up finding it adorable, and names it Nicholas. Unfortunately for Viceroy, Gene notices Nicholas afterwards, so Viceroy gets desperate and chases after Gene, who is heading at the direction of Mt. Chuck.

Randy and Howard spit into the volcano and take a photo, and the pair attempt to eat nachos in celebration afterwards, until Randy realizes Howard has eaten the majority of the nachos. The two bros soon begin arguing over the nachos, causing the last one to fall into the volcano. As it turns out, the nacho has the specific chemical which mutates the amoebas Gene has disposed earlier, and the mutated amoeba monster attacks and captures Bucky, Howard and Flute Girl. Although Viceroy manages to survive with an inflation feature of his suit and find Nicholas, he ends up being slammed onto the wall by the amoeba monster after Nicholas swallows his flamethrower.

At first, Ninja has trouble dealing with the amoeba monster to save both classmates and his own best friend, until he sees how the flamethrower from Nicholas damages the monster. He opens the hatch which seals away the lava, and rescues all three civilians before they fall into the lava. Although reluctant to help Viceroy, who is his enemy, he realizes how important Nicholas is to Viceroy, and rescues it anyway, and tells Viceroy to get a vacation as he tosses Nicholas back to the mad scientist.

As Bucky rants about how Randy's absence will get himself a detention, Ninja tells Howard to stall both Bucky and Flute Girl on the bus. He then manages to secretly de-transform in time, and save both himself and Bucky from detention, as Mrs. Driscoll actually acts nice for once for taking the class to get ice cream. Both boys are glad that they have spared themselves from punishment and have an epic photoshoot on top of the volcano.

As for Viceroy, he and Nicholas get themselves a vacation, riding on the motorbike for a ride at the flower fields of the countryside.
