Mike Moe (or Junpei Takayama) is a student at Norrisville High.

Mike is an Asian teenage boy with short blackish indigo hair that has extra strands, and black eyes. He wears black rectangular glasses, black hoodie with grey accents, a white long-sleeved undershirt, grey trousers, and black shoes.

- In the episode "Wienerman Up", Mike Moe is shown on the leaderboards by the name of "Junpei Takayama."
- He is based off of Junpei Takayama, the character designer for RC9GN.
- As revealed in "McFear Factor", Mike Moe is afraid of evil bananas.
- In "Weinerman Tested, Cunningham Approved", he continues using the toilet and reading comics even after the public toilet gets destroyed.
- In "Night of the Living McFizzles", he is dressed up as a panda, and was on the Whoopee World Frightacular with Buttermaker, S. Renisewn, and Nameless Girl with Big Eyelashes.
- Big Eyelashes held him because she was scared, and carried him when she exited the ride.
- He also is dressed up like a panda in "So U Think U Can Stank", probably for the Norrisville High Talent Show.
- While running out of the library in Monster Drill, Mike caught and used the megaphone that Principal Slimovitz dropped, because Glenn had pushed him in "Monster Drill".
- In "Ninja Camp", Mike went to Mac Antfee's Fantasy Ninja Camp-splosion. He wrestled Howard, using the choke-hold on him at one point.
- Mike is one of the kids who's wheeled by Randy and Howard, having failed to catch Pitch Kickem's shot in "The McHugger Games".
- In "Sorcerer in Love 2: The Sorceress's Revenge", he was with Jed Elinoff (Background Character), Scott Thomas (Background Character) and another guy who were angry at Randy for playing Manfred Musterman for eight hours while they have been waiting in the line.
