Hydro Hand

The Hydro Hand is an ability of the Norrisville Ninja. This is the second Ninja technique that Randy learns without any trouble, the first being the Art of Stealth and one of the only moves that Randy isn't seen learning, as he either learned it off-screen in the NinjaNomicon or had already mastered it in "Happy Hanukkah, Howard Weinerman".

Description

This move is similar to the Air Fist, as it allows the user to shoot a hand made of water. The ability is powerful enough to douse a Tengu Fireball when it first appeared in "Enter the Nomicon", used by Mac Antfee. Randy learned the move in or had already learned it by its second (and possibly last) appearance in, "Happy Hanukkah, Howard Weinerman", where he uses it against the Yeti Bot. It is also indicated that it can immediately freeze into solid ice, which Randy used to cover the road with ice, making it slippery. He later used it again to transport an arcade game with ease in combination with Air Fist.
