Flackville is the second known city/town in the Randy Cunningham universe, the third being East Speezleton.
Description[]
Little is known about the city, since it is only mentioned for a few times. However, as seen in Flackville High's appearance in "Stanks Like Teen Spirit", Norrisville as a whole is implied to have a strong rivalry with Flackville. Several students from Flackville High also made their appearances in this episode, and them wearing uniforms indicates that Flackville's school system is a bit different than Norrisville's.
Flackville's rivalry with Norrisville is also brought up in "Wave Slayers", where they competed with Norrisville High in the Wave Slayers competition, but lost to Norrisville.
Debbie Kang mentioned Flackville in "Debbie Meddle", where she exclaimed how she might be able to be guaranteed on getting accepted into Flackville's community journalism school.
A six-year-old Randy mentioned Flackville in "When Howie Met Randy", back when six-year-old Howard pretended to be the new kid.
Howard also mentioned Flackville in "Club Ninja-dise", being a place his family took him to vacation at. He hints that he has bad experiences about his vacation in Flackville, either because the city/town left him a bad impression, or it's just him hating Flackville in general because of intercity rivalry.

- As indicated in "Stanks Like Teen Spirit", Flackville citizens are aware of the Norrisville Ninja. However, unlike Norrisville residents, they show no respect to the Ninja at all.
