Evil Julian is the evil version of Julian created by Julian's contact with a power ball. He is one of the main antagonists of Season 2, along with The Sorcerer.
Appearance[]
Everyday Form[]
Evil Julian resembles Julian, but in place of the dark purple that regular Julian wear he wears white (as he himself points out), his lightning-shaped necklace becomes a skull-shaped necklace, and the skull in front of his hat gains a hat itself. Evil Julian has aquamarine eyes.
Monster Form[]
When Evil Julian transforms into a monster, the tails in his tailcoat act as legs with oversized arms. His face slightly resembles a skull and is less spidery, and there are three lines underneath each eye. When the Norrisville Ninja tries to stab Shadow Julian's hat, the hat does not break. The tails in his tailcoat can regenerate from an attack. From "Mastermind of Disastermind" onward, Randy calls him "Evil Cyborg Julian," as Evil Julian encases himself in machinery to give himself an advantage.
Cyborg Form[]
From "Mastermind of Disastermind" onward, Randy calls him "Evil Cyborg Julian," as Evil Julian encases himself in machinery to give himself an advantage. His first cyborg form was from a white robot Randy easily took out. After being defeated Evil Julian's new cyborg form had 3 long fingers, a Chaos Pearl in the middle, and had 4 long legs.
History[]
He was created in "Julian's Birthday Surprise." Evil Julian was trapped in the Land of Shadows, but in "Snow-Klahoma!" he switched places with Julian, leaving the normal Julian trapped in the Land of Shadows and Evil Julian free in Norrisville. In "Mastermind of Disastermind," Evil Julian gained possession of one of the balls. After "Winner Takes Ball," he had all of them, but he lost them after Randy and Sorcerer defeated him in "Ball's Well That Friends Well."
When Julian returns from the Land of Shadows, he and Evil Julian merge together, presumably causing Evil Julian to cease to exist.
Personality[]
Evil Julian is a power-hungry, chaotic person whose mannerisms are similar to Julian's. Unlike the quieter and generally friendlier Julian, Evil Julian is demanding, impatient, and violent. However, him always relishing in pursuing his conquest forefront and believing himself to be the strongest makes him vulnerable to being outwitted and leads to his downfall.
Powers and Abilities[]
- Dark Sorcery: With the Chaos Pearls, Evil Julian obtained dark powers which made him one of the most dangerous enemies of the Ninja. However, his over-dependence on the Chaos Pearls made him vulnerable when he later lost them to the Sorcerer.
- Chaos Pearls: Evil Julian stole the Sorcerer's Chaos Pearls, giving him great magical powers.
- Energy Projection: Evil Julian could launch powerful bolts of magical energy from his hands.
- Mind Control: Evil Julian could control the minds of many people at the same time. This was used in one episode, when everyone in Norrisville drank the infected water, Evil Julian was able to use his orb to mind control everyone to find the other Chaos Pearls.
- Reality Warping: Evil Julien had the ability to warp and rewrite reality with magic, as he turned the interior of Norrisvile High into a typical villain's lair with dungeons and all.
- Power Absorption: Evil Julian can absorb energy to increase his power as he absorbed a huge amount of energy from a portal to the shadow land to increase his magical powers.
- Robot Physiology: Evil Julian used the power of the Chaos Pearl to temporarily merged/gather the remains of a fallen McFist robot, making him look like a cyborg and being near unstoppable. He used it as a battle suit to fight Randy like a rag doll in almost all of his fights. Powered by his Chaos Pearl, he can gain more power and channel his dark magic to power his suit and to become a kind of Robo-Wizard combining human weapons with dark sorcery.
- Missiles: With his robot suit, he could launch missiles.
- Elasticity: He could stretch parts of his robot body at will. He used his robotic tendrils to hold people and use them as shields against weapons like the Ninja Rings.
- Shapeshifting: Even before he had a Chaos Pearl, Evil Julian can change himself into a monster at will and back again (with no needing of stank). This made it nearly impossible for Randy to destank him. But Evil Julian willingly switches/changes himself back to human form later on to fool Randy.
- Super Strength: In his human form, Evil Julian is physically stronger than normal Julian, as stated by Randy. This was demonstrated while utterly defeating/manhandling Randy (while wearing the Ninja Suit), as well as lifting and throwing Randy around like a rag doll in their first fight. In his cyborg form, he is strong enough to execute punches with more inhuman force that caused Randy more serious injuries in one blow.

- Evil Julian's appearance was teased on the Season 2 poster, holding a pearl with Randy and Howard inside, while grinning maliciously.
- Like NomiRandy, who was voiced by the same actor for his good counterpart Randy, Evil Julian shares his voice actor Dee Bradley Baker with his counterpart Julian.
- He has the ability to change himself into a monster at will and back again, needing no stank.
- To match his chaotic evil personality, his monster form has an upright stance to distinguish him from the cowardly Julian.
- Evil Julian is stronger physically than normal Julian, as stated by Randy, and might even possess inhuman strength. Originally it was unknown if this was with the aid of the Chaos Pearl since it boosted his powers, but it was later seen during one battle he broke solid concrete (which takes 4000 newtons 899.24 pounds) with a punch while fighting Randy, it proves Evil Julian has superhuman strength.
- Evil Julian and the Sorcerer are similar, both having lost their normal selves to the Land of Shadows due to weak will and having become evil, chaotic beings.
- Some fans refer to him as "Ghoulian".
- He might be an alternate personality or subconsciousness of Julian.
- Evil Julian was going to be defeated much later in the series, but the show's (then potential) cancellation led to the writers having to hastily include his downfall.
- Even if the show hadn't been cancelled, Evil Julian is only the second major villain Randy had defeated, as Randy still needs to vanquish The Sorceress and more unnamed major villains.
- Evil Julian, along with the Sorcerer and Evil Julian's Soldier, is one of the few characters to die onscreen in the series.
