East Speezleton is the third city/town in the Randy Cunningham universe, second being Flackville.

Very little is known about the city, and is mentioned only sparingly. The only canon information about the city is found from the show's Tumblr which states that Norrisville is physically located in; quote " ...Just North of East Speezleton."
The city and seemingly none of its citizens makes an appearance in the show. However, from the few episodes in which it is mentioned, specifically by six year old Randy in the episode, "When Howie met Randy" where he refers to East Speezleton as barely a town, another time was by Howard in, "Escape from Scrap City" when he believed that Scrap City couldn't be as worse as East Speezleton.
Which seems to imply that either the city is in pitiable conditions or that the Norrisvillian people looks down on East Speezleton, much like their rivalry with Flackville.
