When Randy and Howard snuck into the theater through the screening room, Randy accidentally knock snacks on the projector, causing a reaction that made the 6-D projector into a 7-D projector and brought the fictional character of the Puncher from the movie into the physical world, and able to physically interact with real people. The only method to stop the projected puncher seen in the episode is to completely destroy the projector.
